All applications must include separate checks for the $10.00 non-refundable jury fee and the $100.00 participantís fee. The participant fee will not be banked by the Cruise committee until the artist is accepted and will be returned to the artist if they are not accepted.
A completed Minnesota sales tax form ST-19 must also be submitted with the application. Sales tax numbers can be on-line obtained at http://www.taxes.state.mn.us/taxes/index.shtml .
The deadline for application is 4/1/2009 (postmark) and all artists will be notified of their status no later than 4/21/2009.

Agreement:
I understand that this is a working studio event and I will be demonstrating my process during each day of the Cruise.
I understand that the application process is comprised of two parts. The first is a jury review of five images of the type of work I will be exhibiting and demonstrating at my studio during the event and if it is found to meet the qualifications set forth by the jury, the second part of the application process will be a review of my studio to ensure that it meets the minimum requirements set forth by the event steering committee and will include providing proof of liability insurance to cover the public during the event activity at that site.
Upon acceptance as a participating artist/craftsperson into the event I agree to fully comply with all rules and guidelines established by the steering committee. I also agree to allow the selected image of my work to be utilized for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
